Robert “Rob” Lee | Executive Officer/Director of Government Affairs

Rob Lee and his wife Val have been Whatcom County residents since 1995. They have raised their three kids (Forrest 28, Sierra 25, and Mackenzie 23) here while serving as the Director of Camp and Retreat Ministries for The Firs/Camp Firwood. Val is a Bellingham native, graduated from BHS class of 1982, Rob grew up in the Lower Mainland (Yep, he is Canadian). Rob is a current member and a two-time past President of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Bellingham and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County. They love to golf together and fly fish when they can. They are thrilled to serve the membership of the BIAWC.
Gretta Millard | Accounting / Education Director / Rentals Manager
Gretta Millard has been a Whatcom County resident since 1983, originally hailing from Pittsburgh, PA.
Her professional background includes hotel management, sales/marketing, and accounting.
With a love for gardening and animals, Gretta finds joy in nurturing both plants and pets. She cherishes the sunshine and enjoys spending time outdoors. Gretta is happily married and has an adult daughter who brings her immense pride. Her commitment to serving the members at BIAWC and Professional Women in Building is evident in her enthusiastic and caring approach. Gretta's warm personality and dedication make her a valued member of the team.
Angie Brionez | Membership Director / Member Services Coordinator
Angie and her husband Armando are proud lifelong residents of Whatcom County. With over two decades of customer service experience, Angie is thrilled to bring her expertise to serve the members of BIAWC. Her passion for cooking and baking shines through at events like Hard Hat Happy Hour, where she delights attendees with her culinary creations.
Angie is an active and dedicated member of the Professional Women in Building Council. Recently, she achieved certification as a Certified Aging in Place Instructor, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Angie plans to pursue additional credentials to further enhance her teaching capabilities for BIAWC. Her enthusiasm, experience, and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the community.
Rebecca Houston | Events Manager
Rebecca Houston has lived in Whatcom County for over 10 years. Her husband Kyle is a lifelong Bellingham resident. Rebecca has worked the majority of her career in the non-profit sector focusing on interagency coordination, project management, team coordination, event planning and employee and volunteer recruitment and retention.
Her variety of skills and work experience contribute to Rebecca's creativity and enthusiasm for Event Planning. She loves serving the members of the BIAWC in this capacity.
R. Perry Eskridge | Government Affairs Director
Perry is a Montana native who moved to Whatcom County in 2000. Perry graduated the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Finance (Economics minor) and Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law. Following a clerkship with the Montana Supreme Court and serving the citizens of Montana as a Special Assistant Attorney General, Perry became General Counsel for the Transport Airplane Directorate of the Federal Aviation Administration. Perry now serves as Government Affairs Director for the Whatcom County Association of REALTORS®, a position he has held since 2007, as well as Government Affairs Director for the Whatcom Building Industry Association.
Perry lives in Ferndale with his wife, Krisann, and their corgi, Gunther. Perry is excited to build on his success with the REALTORS® and advocate for building interests in Whatcom County.
