Important Exhibitor Information for all 2012 Whatcom County Home & Garden Show Exhibitors
An exhibitor packet will be mailed the last week of January to all confirmed exhibitors who have paid in full. Included in this packet will be the exhibitor handbook, posters, wristbands for exhibitor entry into the Home Show, as well as information/order forms for electrical, carpet and internet services. Some of this information is provided below in .pdf form. If you do not receive your packet or have questions, please phone Sharon Kingston at 360-671-4247.
Exhibitor Handbook: This handbook will also be mailed to you the last week of January.. This handbook outlines instructions on setting up and tearing down as well as information on the Northwest Washington Fairgrounds and all contact information. Please read it carefully. If you need to order carpet for your booth please contract Pacific Party Canopies. If you need to order EXTRA electrical please contact Edlen. And if you'll be requiring a space for overnight RV parking, please prepay here and we'll mail/email you your RV parking pass.
