The Excellence in Remodeling awards program recognizes outstanding remodeling projects throughout the state. BIAWC member Landmark Enterprises, Inc. – Marinus VandeKamp / Kelly Longwell / Christopher Grannis – won the Commercial $100,000-$250,000 award, presented at BIAW’s summer board meetings on June 27 in Pasco. Congratulations!!

Some of the categories include outdoor living, historic renovations and—new this year—the "man cave.” A blind judging panel reviewed each project before making their selections, making sure they met a set list of high criteria. Awards were handed out by Remodelers Chair Monty Smith during the Remodelers Council’s annual reception.
BIAW’s EIR awards are an annual opportunity for members to gain professional recognition and credibility. The awards are open to all BIAW members who have completed a project that meets the requirements of an award category. Click here to see the list of categories and 2012 EIR winners. Keep these categories in mind throughout the coming year and submit your work for next year’s EIR awards. Great work and congratulations to all our winners!
