Mark Lagasse, is the Accounting Director for the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County.  Mark will tend to the accounts payable, accounts receivable, quarterly reporting, membership payment processing and the non-dues revenue accounting, as well as the Whatcom County Affordable Housing Council political reporting with the Public Disclosure Commission.

Mark has 15 + years of bookkeeping experience in Washington State representing a non-profit organization, as well as small businesses.  Mark is a graduate of the ATA-Accounting Program at Skagit Valley College in Oak Harbor.  Mark and his wife reside in Oak Harbor where they raised their two children and now have three grandchildren.
