Lance C. Clark, Executive Officer joined BIAWC in 2009. As Executive, Clark’s duties include coalition building/community outreach, media relations, government affairs, human resources and administration of BIAWC. Clark serves as liaison to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, as well as the Government Affairs Committee.
Clark, a Montana native, has a career background working with home building, realtor, natural resources and ground water industries. His work has included 15 + years of association management as Executive, as well as work in public relations, fund development and government affairs advocacy outreach.
Clark is a 1989 graduate of the University of Montana with a BA in Political Science and Communication and has an AA in Business Administration from Miles Community College in Miles City, Montana. He is a member of the Washington Society of Association of Executives (WSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
